About the Role

Hays Senior Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Business Services team. As an Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting services to our clients, including management accounts, VAT returns, and financial reporting.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading accountancy firm and contribute to the growth and development of our Business Services team. You will have the chance to work with a variety of clients, from sole traders to limited companies, and develop your skills in financial operations, management accounting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare management accounts for clients, including financial reporting and analysis
  • Support the junior team with queries and provide guidance on financial operations
  • Review client records and make recommendations for improvements
  • Assist clients with implementation projects, including planning and training
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in finance operations, with prior experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
