This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a senior nursing unit coordinator, where you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will assist the Service Manager in leading staff to deliver high-quality care in a safe environment. You will coordinate and lead the nursing team to provide person-centred care, promoting dignity and independence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the nursing unit, ensuring smooth admissions and discharges, and support recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and mentorship for employees.
- Address complaints and suggestions promptly, taking action within set timeframes.
