Senior Nursing Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Professional to join our team in a leading care home in Herefordshire.


In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, comfort, and support are provided to residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve this goal.


  • Provide expert clinical guidance to nursing staff, promoting a person-centred approach to nursing care and ensuring all relevant documentation is up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical track record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to older people. This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary of £42,542 per annum (£21.25 per hour), working 38 hours per week, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
