Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Unit Lead to work in a nursing home based in the Herefordshire region, providing high standards of care and comfort to residents.

Salary: £43,043 per annum (equivalent to £21.50 per hour).

Job Description:

  • To promote, monitor, and implement resident care standards within the unit environment through clinical governance and audit.
  • Provide clinical leadership and positive role modeling to the unit team, ensuring effective communication across the multidisciplinary team through supervision, mentoring, and appraisal.
  • Lead on formal care reviews with commissioning Trust.
  • Ensure all care records, risk assessments, audits, and outcome measures are integrated into patient care, monitored, and updated regularly.
