Nursing Home Director Position: Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a skilled Clinical Unit Lead to work in a reputable nursing home in the Herefordshire area.

Salary: £43,043 per annum (equivalent to £21.50 per hour).

Job Overview:

We are committed to providing exceptional care and comfort to our residents, and we require a dedicated Clinical Unit Lead to oversee the implementation of resident care standards within the unit environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resident care standards through clinical governance and audit.
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the unit team, promoting positive role modeling and effective communication across the multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead on formal care reviews with commissioning Trust.
  • Ensure that all care records, risk assessments, audits, and outcome measures are integral to patient care, monitored, and updated regularly.

  • A strong clinical background with experience in leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care to older people.
