Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mental Health Assessments and Interventions
  2. Development of Comprehensive Care Plans
  3. Effective Case Management and Coordination
Requirements:
  1. NMC Registration with a minimum of 6 months validity
  2. Completion of MAPA training
  3. A minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse
  4. Ability to fulfill framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV
  5. Proof of your right to work within the UK
