Clinical Lead Nurse Job Description

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at an exceptional care home in Herefordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading healthcare provider, providing outstanding care to older people. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for promoting, monitoring, and implementing standards for resident care within the unit environment, evaluating through clinical governance and audit.

The successful candidate will have excellent clinical leadership skills, with experience of providing positive role modelling and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams. They will also have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 38 hours per week. The annual salary is estimated to be around £42,542, based on a hourly rate of £21.25.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care provided to residents
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (Adult)
  • Proven experience of working in a clinical leadership role
