Job Description:
We are seeking a Youth Care Coordinator to join our Children & Young People in Care Team at Service Care Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of children and young people, working closely with a supportive and collaborative team.

About the Role:
As a Youth Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the voice of the child is always heard and that the best outcomes are achieved for every young person in our care. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Case Management: Managing a caseload of children and young people in care, ensuring their safety, well-being, and stability.
  • Support & Advocacy: Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers to advocate for their needs and ensure their voices are heard in all decision-making processes.
  • Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Working alongside colleagues from various professions, including health and education, to deliver tailored care plans.
  • Safeguarding: Ensuring that all statutory responsibilities are met, with a focus on child protection and improving the quality of life for children in care.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must hold a degree in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England. You should have experience working with children and families, particularly in case management and advocacy. A salary of approximately £32,000 - £37,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for vulnerable children.
