Role Requirements

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) in Herefordshire. This role involves working directly with children and families to coordinate support services and ensure they receive the best possible care.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact on the local authority and contribute to the improvement of services for children and families in Herefordshire.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, they will receive a relocation package of up to £10,000, a pension scheme, professional development opportunities, career progression, and generous annual leave.
