Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Hill House School, a special school and care home setting in Lymington, Hampshire. As a member of our professional team, you will work with young people aged 11-19 years old who have a diagnosis of Autism and learning difficulties.

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and education to our residents. You will be responsible for supporting the daily living needs of our service users, including providing emotional support, assistance with personal care, and participating in activities designed to promote social and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to service users
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Participate in activities designed to promote social and educational development
Requirements:
* An RQF Residential Child Care Level 3 Diploma or similar qualification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with colleagues and service users
* Commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable individuals
* Enhanced DBS check and reference checks required
