Female Support Worker

Social care in action supports people in extra care sites to stay safe and well. We have opportunities for support workers at our extra care scheme in Lymington.
Job Summary:
Support workers will work full-time or part-time shifts, including 07:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:15. They will ensure residents receive support with daily living tasks, maintaining their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme and life insurance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3)
- Experience working in a care setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
