Care and Support Team Member

SCA Care is seeking a female support worker to join our team in Lymington. In this rewarding role, you will make a positive impact on people's lives by providing person-centered care and supporting residents with daily living tasks.
About the Role:
As a support worker, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver care services that meet individual needs and preferences. You will also participate in regular team meetings and contribute to care planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
- Assist residents with medication management
- Maintain accurate records of resident information

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £29,500 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme and life insurance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3)
- Experience working in a care setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
