Job Description:

The Support Worker - Care & Wellbeing will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support services to our residents, focusing on their physical and emotional wellbeing.

As a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and stimulating environment that promotes independence, dignity, and respect for all residents.

Key responsibilities will include providing individual care, supporting residents with daily living tasks, and facilitating activities that enhance their health and wellbeing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working towards achieving excellent customer service and outcomes for our residents.

About You:
  • You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care services.
  • You will have experience working in a care or support environment, ideally with a focus on elderly care.
  • You will be driven to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
  • You will want to work in the Health and Social Care sector and preferably have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, although consideration will be given to a candidate with an alternative qualification and relevant experience.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Hourly rate: £12.39 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 for working evenings and weekends.
  • Hours: 25 per week, on a rota basis that includes some weekend shifts.
  • 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata if part-time hours).
