Luxury Aviation Sales Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Central London. As a key player in the sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads through proactive outbound efforts, including desk research, phone calls, and networking. Your goal is to convert these leads into qualified opportunities and long-term customers following our Enquiry Management Guidelines.

You will work closely with our Sales Directors to monitor key sales metrics and achieve personal and team revenue targets. You will manage the sales cycle for all qualified leads, from qualification to deal closure in coordination with the Sales Director and Account Management Teams. You will also build strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular touchpoints and personalized communication.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close sales effectively. They will have a proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have some experience in both inbound and outbound sales, preferably within the private aviation or luxury travel sector. They will also have demonstrated success in new business acquisition and lead conversion.
