Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling our HVAC solutions to end-users, specification/consultant markets, main contractors, and M&E contractors. You will have access to our innovative products and will be expected to develop and implement a comprehensive plan to grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our HVAC business
  • Sell our HVAC solutions to end-users, specification/consultant markets, main contractors, and M&E contractors
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and partners

Requirements

  • Previous HVAC industry experience (either Engineer or Sales)
  • Technical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Track record of high-level creation of new accounts and expansion of existing clients
  • Strong communicator with a track record of developing sales within a commercial environment
  • Ability to manage and influence both internal & external stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience within the chiller market
  • HVAC experience within the healthcare sector
