**Job Description**:
**Title** : Sales Admin/Telesales
**Reports to**: Sales and Marketing Director. Bordon Office
**Based at**: 29 Woolmer Way, Bordon GU35 9QE
**Job purpose**:
Communicating, organising and processing existing customer orders. Debt chasing and customer liaison will also be required.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Processing customer orders ready for delivery.
- Team working with field sales and communicating with clients to get their scheduled weekly orders.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone.
- Assisting accounts with customer credit.
- Liaise and attend meetings.
- Office filing and organising.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
**Job Requirements**
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with different cultural clients over the phone.
- Fluent in **English, Cantonese and Mandarin** to communicate with clients, our business core is based on customers who might only be able to communicate effectively in Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Exception written and verbal communication skills
- Solid business acumen, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet search Engines.
- Effective time management and organisation
**Working Location**:Office in Bordon, Hampshire.
**Working Days**: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
**Working Hours**: 11am - 8pm
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £13,004.16 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
