**Join our friendly Sales Team**:
We're seeking an office-based Internal Sales Advisor to join our thriving team based in our modern Bordon office (to support both our Polish and UK customers). This role offers a unique opportunity for a results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to carve a successful career in sales.

**Are you a good fit?**
- You are fluent in written and spoken Polish and English
- You can reliably commute to our offices (Mon to Fri) in Bordon for the role
- You are a graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline
- You have at least two years of sales experience
- You have a passion for building relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- You're eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage purchase and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and grow existing customer accounts, fostering strong relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfilment. (We do not believe in 'cold calling' at Polymax)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to achieve shared goals.

**Growth and Development**:
This role provides a springboard for career advancement at Polymax. You'll gain valuable experience in technical sales, potentially progressing to manage large accounts, participate in company-wide projects, and even assume leadership roles within the organisation.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally selling within engineering or manufacturing industries
- Graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technical sales and a willingness to learn.
- Please note that this role is on site at Bordon and not suitable for remote working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
