Polish Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Polish speaking Account Manager to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities- Manage purchase and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and grow existing customer accounts, fostering strong relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from enquiry to order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to achieve company goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Sales and/or account management experience, ideally within a technical environment such as manufacturing or engineering.
- Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English.
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to apply them to solve problems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.
