With a salary range of £27,000-£35,000 + bonus my client is looking for an outgoing, customer service driven individual that is happy to get stuck into all that a busy depot has to offer. 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays this Customer Service Administrator / Hire Controller role is Monday to Friday based near to Bordon, Liphook, Haslemere, Alton.

**Benefits for the Plant Engineer**:

**Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor**:

- Build important relationships with existing and new customers.
- Dealing with on/off hires
- Complete asset and contract checks
- Liaise with colleagues and other depots to ensure equipment is successfully delivered at designated dates/times.
- Proactively contacting customers both existing and new to build awareness of the business, products and services.
- You will be resolving any queries that arise in a professional manner, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Use CRM and hire systems to administer the day-to-day administration of the business

Whilst it is beneficial to have experience within general or specialist machinery hire / sales sector or builders merchants, garages and the likes, it is not essential. My client is looking for a very strong administrator with an entrepreneurial attitude and a hands-on approach. You should be outgoing, confident and prepared to get stuck in at the depots.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
