Job Title: Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with special educational needs in a 1:1 setting, using your initiative and responding calmly in challenging situations.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that activities are tailored to meet the needs of children with special educational needs.
