Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant - SEN

Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team in a special school. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism and complex needs, helping them to access education and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with Autism and complex needs in a special school setting
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation
  • Provide individualized support to children with special needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Passion for working with children with special needs
  • Experience working in a special school or with children with Autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
