Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant and creative SEN school in Hertfordshire. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism and complex needs, providing a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters their social, emotional, and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with Autism and complex needs in a dynamic and inclusive environment
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, promoting their social and emotional well-being
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and respectful classroom culture
Requirements:
  • Passion for working with children with Autism and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with children and colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
