Job Title: Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school in central London. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs and a keen interest in Speech and Language Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide one-to-one support to children with autism and speech and language needs
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive classroom environment
Requirements:
  • Passion for working with children with special educational needs
  • Previous experience supporting children with autism or other special educational needs
  • Ability to build rapport with children and work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
  • Proactive and positive individual with a commitment to meeting children's learning needs
