About the Role
  1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture
  2. Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, prioritizing high-quality care for our residents
  3. Regularly monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  4. Oversee budget management to maintain financial stability
  5. Promote safety by identifying and mitigating potential risks
Requirements
  • Proven experience in nursing home management with a strong understanding of CQC standards
  • Valid NMC registration (desired but not essential)
