Key Account Manager Opportunity

Drive Sales Growth and Expand Business Opportunities

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of preventative and reactive maintenance, repair, overhaul, and upgrades of high-quality equipment across various industries. This will involve overseeing all legacy Fire and Field Service contracts, managing the full lifecycle of these agreements, including framework renewals, pre-qualification questionnaires, requests for information, and contract finalisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the UK Water and Fire market.
  • Robust engineering background with significant expertise in after-sales services, including the repair and maintenance of manufactured products.
  • Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.
