Special Educational Needs Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our permanent staff team at an outstanding site in the UK.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with skilled teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support children with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with children with SEN and relevant qualifications or training (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or SEN qualifications). UK experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, or other additional needs is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with SEN in a classroom setting.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in working with children with SEN.
- UK experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, or other additional needs is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or SEN qualifications) are advantageous but not essential.
- Enhanced and Clear DBS and UK Citizenship.
