Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to collaborate with our client's team in Burley.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Performance Managers in coordinating with Local Authority representatives and Facilities Management (FM) team.
- Compile daily performance data for all FM services.
- Manage contractor inductions and update spreadsheets related to inductions, DBS checks, and Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Evaluate Helpdesk reports and optimize service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet management.
- DBS check required.
