Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Performance Managers in coordinating with Local Authority representatives and Facilities Management (FM) team.
  • Compile daily performance data for all FM services.
  • Manage contractor inductions and update spreadsheets related to inductions, DBS checks, and Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Evaluate Helpdesk reports and optimize service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet management.
  • DBS check required.
