Job Description

Administration Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our Performance Managers in their interactions with Local Authority representatives and the FM team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Performance Managers in their daily tasks.
  • Collate and maintain performance data related to all FM services.
  • Conduct contractor inductions and maintain updated spreadsheets for inductions, DBS checks, and RAMS.
  • Gather and organize operational data for monthly and annual service reports.
  • Assist in the administration of key contractual documentation and business documents.
  • Support the development, implementation, and review of project-related documents and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
