We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to our clients and candidates, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general administrative tasks.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or accountancy firm.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
