Care Support Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Support Specialist to join our team at UKCIL. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide clinical and personal care, support with hobbies and interests, health monitoring, and maintain personal safety for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and personal care to clients
- Support clients with hobbies and interests
- Monitor clients' health and respond accordingly
- Maintain clients' personal safety
- Administer medications as required
Requirements
- Empathy and a calm approach
- Ability to use initiative and be flexible
- Reliability and a willingness to learn
- Full UK driving license and ability to drive a WAV vehicle
Working Hours
The hours are 8am to 8pm, 24 hours per week, on a rota basis, at £14.45 per hour. You will receive 5.6 weeks of paid leave and will be subject to a DBS check and clearance paid for by the employer.
