Job Title: Administrative Coordinator for Catholic Formation
Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Diocesan Directors of the Catholic Formation Secretariat in Manchester. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate events, and perform financial duties.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Diocesan Directors, including performing financial duties, coordinating events, and maintaining records.
- Event Planning: Assist with the planning and execution of diocesan functions, events, and Masses, including creating promotional materials and tracking expenses.
- Financial Duties: Perform financial duties, including deposits, credits, and reimbursements, as well as maintaining records and initiating invoices.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: Prior experience in secretarial duties and event planning
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, database management, and internet search engines
Environmental Factors: The position requires occasional travel throughout the diocese and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The work environment is a general office setting with minimal exposure to office solvents.
