**Training Coordinator: Job Description**

This is a freelance position suitable for someone looking for ad-hoc work.

**Accountable to**: Kudos Director / Stakeholders / Finance

**General Duties**
- To support the administrative running of the business
- To coordinate, manage and set up the training sessions
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding the training sessions provided by Kudos
- To manage the booking of individuals onto the required training sessions by utilising the Excel booking form
- Providing the required booking information for the trainer, in the form of a register, ahead of each session and within a timely manner
- Ensuring that managers have the correct address and times for any in-person training
- Providing the attendance information for Finance, following each session, in a timely manner and in the correct format for invoicing purposes
- Utilising the attendance register, Mail Merge and PDF tools to create certificates for attendees
- Booking hotels for any staff who require it, at the bequest of the manager, ahead of training an in a timely manner

**Essential**

- Proficiency using Mail Merge

Proficiency using Outlook

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: From £500.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
