About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support to the Head of Office, Team Leaders, and other members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organization of business development events
- Coordinate regular team-building activities and events
- Monitor staff welfare and attendance, and coordinate with HR as needed
- Book travel and accommodation for team members
- Assist with monthly invoicing and financial administration
- Provide administrative support to the team, including formatting and issuing contract documents and tenders
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and safe for staff
- Coordinate office supplies and ordering
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
