Office Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at esure. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office space in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the office is a safe and welcoming environment for colleagues.
- Provide front-of-house support, including greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and coordinating catering services.
- Manage desk bookings and meeting room reservations for colleagues and suppliers.
- Liaise with the landlord's agent to ensure the office is maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinate first aid, DSE, and fire safety support, and ensure supplies are up to date.
- Order stationery, equipment, and furniture, and coordinate related services and repairs.
- Regularly visit the Meridian office to check security and condition, and allow access for maintenance and other visits.
Requirements
- Experience in a facilities environment, including managing external suppliers and purchasing.
- Supervisory experience, including communicating with contractors and suppliers.
- Ability to attend training courses as required.
- Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
