Facilities Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Office Angels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks for the Facilities and Health & Safety department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Log and prioritize facilities requests, producing job sheets as required.
- Coordinate contractor documentation and oversee on-site works, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Centralize purchase order management and vendor relationships, streamlining administrative processes.
- Coordinate travel bookings for the team, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrator capacity is essential.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages, are required.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills are crucial for success in this role.
