Job Title: Construction Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our construction team, you will provide administrative support to our construction manager and project managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative services to the construction team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Support the provision of reporting and analysis on construction activity and contract performance.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, maps, and other necessary documents in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with external contractors and stakeholders to coordinate activities and responses.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including meeting organization, travel arrangements, and photocopying.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £24,850 per annum plus 8% bonus.
