About the RoleWe are seeking a Construction Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our construction team, you will provide administrative support to our Construction Manager and Construction Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative services to the construction team, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of company procedures.
- Support the provision of reporting and analysis on activity and contract performance.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, maps, utilities clearances, and other relevant permits.
- Liaise with external contractors, obtaining quotes and coordinating activities with internal and external customers.
- Perform general administrative duties, including meeting organisation, filing, typing, and photocopying.
- A competitive salary of £24,850 per annum, plus an 8% bonus.
- 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home.
- 33 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
