**About the Role**
We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to support our Denton site on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As an Office Administrator you will assist the plant manager with administration and logistics duties. You will be providing a confidential and efficient administrative support to the factory which will help it to run smoothly.
You will support the site leadership in making sure we have a safe working environment and staff adhere to our policies and procedures.
The duties are be varied day to day and can include:
- Using our SAP systems to raise purchasing orders
- Welcoming visitors/contractors and making sure they have completed a safety induction
- Communicating with both external and internal customers
- Dealing with all deliveries and arranging haulage collections
- Ordering and receiving of production and maintenance materials
- Using our wages system and submitting on time
- Completing the daily factory performance figures
- Maintaining the training matrix and holiday spreadsheet
- Identify absence and request sickness notes and RTW’s
**Hours of Work: 8am to 4pm. Mon to Fri**
**About You**
You will have previous experience working in an office administration position where you have had to use strong organisation and planning skills.
You will enjoy working in a busy environment, supporting managers with their day to day activities, and building relationships with staff, customers and suppliers.
You will also have/be
- An awareness of health & safety standards in the workplace
- Excellent IT skills
- Possess high standards
- Passion for continuous improvement
