Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator on behalf of a prestigious City Centre based marketing company. This is a full-time permanent role, which will offer a mixture of office and home-based working. The starting salary for this role will be £20,000.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for undertaking all administrative duties to support the sales team. This will be a busy and varied role with a particular focus on meeting strict deadlines and paying meticulous attention to detail.

The main duties of the role will be as follows:

- Assisting in the day-to-day sales administration activities
- Proofreading marketing material before going to print
- Meeting strict deadlines as required
- Updating the system with sales information and future opportunities
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Order processing, creating invoices, and providing necessary data and reports to the sales team
- Dealing with and resolving any colleague or client queries
- Following up with clients ensuring their satisfaction with the service
