**35 hours per week**

**This role will be mainly office based.**

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Assessments Administrator to join our client based in Manchester City Centre.

Duties will include:

- Setting up rooms and venues for assessments
- Arranging examiner rotas
- Processing results
- Ordering equipment
- Answering incoming queries for the department
- Assist colleagues when required
- Strong administrative skills and **previous experience of running assessments, meetings and events**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- Experience of relevant software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internal bespoke systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others
- Great organisational ability and attention to detail

**Salary**: £23,254 per annum

35 hours per week, flexitime

25 days holiday
