The Division of Medical Education seeks an experienced, pro-active and motivated administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills to support the administration of the Medicine undergraduate programme (MB ChB).

Working with a wide range of academic and administrative staff, students and external contacts, you will be expected to provide high quality administrative support, working both independently and as part of a team.

The Division of Medical Education currently has over 2500 students studying across the year MBChB programme. The Assessment Team is part of the large Undergraduate Office in the Division of Medical Education that administers the MB ChB. You will oversee the efficient and effective administration of assessment across Year 3 and 4 of the MB ChB Programme and assist with the arrangements for Year 5 external examinations, the NBational Prescribing Safety Assessments and the Duke Elder Exam.

This Assessment Administration Assistant role falls within the remit of these changes and whilst the post will remain permanent, the assignment (Faculty /School) may change upon mapping of roles to the new structure.

As an equal opportunities employer we welcome applicants from all sections of the community regardless of age, sex, gender (or gender identity), ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation and transgender status. All appointments are made on merit.
