Assessment Administrator
The Assessment Development Team is fast-paced environment with lots of different workstreams to get involved in, the team develop and maintains assessment materials used to deliver GMC assessments. We are currently looking for an Assessment Administrator to join the very busy team who will lead on or support other members of the team in running meetings, events, and assessments.
Summary of the role and main responsibilities
As an Assessment Administrator you will provide administrative support for the team, including:
- Preparing assessment content
- Editing and reviewing existing material
- Support procurement and finance process
- Preparing events, with all related requirements such as, scheduling, advertising, and setting up equipment
- Minute taking
- Dealing with queries from associates* and other areas of the GMC
- Associates are doctors and other professionals who are contracted to work with the team to help us develop assessment materials and facilitate events.
This is a hybrid working position with at least 2 days in the office each week. You must be able to come in the office any day of the week if required.
