Job Title: Construction Administrator 12 Months FTC

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our construction team, you will provide administrative support to our construction manager and project managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative services, including reporting, analysis, and planning application preparation
  • Support the provision of quotes, utilities clearances, and permits
  • Liaise with external contractors and internal teams
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £24,850 per annum plus 8% bonus
  • 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home
