Job Overview

MCG Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on Retail Banking Framework projects in the North-West region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing sites and delivering retail banking projects, with experience working for a Main/Principal Contractor.

About the Role

This role involves working across several Retail Banking Workstreams for blue chip clients, delivering fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Health & Safety on site, delivering daily inductions and toolbox talks, ensuring the site is running to programme, and addressing any problems as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sites as an on-site Manager, with previous experience delivering retail banking projects.
  • Report to a visiting Contracts Manager and work directly with end users/clients.
  • Undertake daily tasks including managing Health & Safety, delivering daily inductions, and ensuring the site is running to programme.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and SMSTS qualifications. You should also have experience working on Retail banking contracts as a No.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is up to £300 (Days) / £330 (Nights), with opportunities for paid CIS. This is a fantastic opportunity to join MCG Construction and contribute to the delivery of high-profile retail banking projects in the North-West.
