Job Summary:

  • To manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • To oversee project costings, reviewing and agreeing variations, managing claims and payments, and preparing forecasts.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reviewing project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and schedules.
  2. Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Preparing and submitting project reports, forecasts, and cash flows to management and clients.
  4. Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
