Location: (Middleton M24)
Hours: 25-37.5 hours per week (negotiable)
Pay: £25k-28k doe (Pro-rata)
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and typing documents
- Maintain office organisation and cleanliness
- Updating jobs spreadsheets & liaising payment terms with customers
- Communicate with third party suppliers to maintain/ gather information
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (preferably within a construction background)
- Strong organisational skills to manage office tasks effectively
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical duties
- Confident ability to work with various people within and outside the business
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
