2fawcett are recruiting for an Office Administrator, to join a company located in Manchester on a permanent basis.
**The Role & Responsibilities of the Office Administrator**
Order Processing
Communications between our UK and European Office
Entering Invoices on to our accounting system
First point of contact for customers, answering the telephone and passing to sales team
Keep records of stock
Liaise with external accountants to discuss any account document requirements
Develop and grow our social media
**Requirements of the Office Administrator**
Experience of MS Office packages
Flexible and proactive attitude
Resilient when working under pressure
Good team player but also able to work effectively alone
Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
Confident communicator
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manchester, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
