Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Key Account Manager to join our team at JK Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading automotive manufacturer based in the Gwent area.

About the Role:
  • Manage and develop daily commercial activities, including prospecting and recruitment of new customers (OE or IAM) to achieve set sales objectives.
  • Negotiate performance plans and analyse market and competition data to inform business decisions.
  • Support sales analysis and forecasting, working closely with the Project and R&D department.
  • Build strong relationships with international clients, leveraging excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
  • A good command of written and spoken English, with strong sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Mastery of sales cycles, with experience in building complex offers and working with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
