About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Pareto. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and strategizing opportunities for business growth within a specified sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a customer-facing representative of the business within your specialized industry
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, showcasing the benefits of the company offering and how it can help them solve their connectivity and business challenges
  • Attend major conferences, networking events, and dates within the social calendar to drive new business
  • Work closely with Marketing, Network, CSM, and the build teams to seek out and maximize all sales opportunities
  • Drive a vertical-specific sales plan
  • Evaluate customer requirements and build business cases for your specific verticals needs and wants
  • Support management in contract development, customer negotiations, and product enhancements
Requirements
  • 1 year of previous Sales Development experience (essential)
  • Excellent command of all of the tools at an SDR's disposal - Sales Nav, adept with CRMs, etc.
  • Ability to articulate ideas to a wide array of audiences
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision making with senior-level audiences
  • IT literate
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
