About the Role

Pareto is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating demand with customers, producing qualified sales opportunities, and cultivating long-term relationships with businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pareto's software suite and internal processes
  • Generate demand with customers, producing qualified sales opportunities
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses, mapping out potential business with fresh prospects
  • Book software demonstrations through outbound calling, emailing, and other channels
  • Support and mentor junior sellers on best practice and strategy
  • Manage your leads pipeline and tracking effectively

Requirements

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS organisation within the service management industry
  • Experience and confidence using SDR tools - LinkedIn SalesNav, Cognism, and other relevant sales generation platforms
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills befitting a Salesperson
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable working independently and proactively
  • Resilient and highly organised
